5 MINUTE MEMORY

I have a slight obsession with photobooths.  For more than a decade I have made regular visits to one or more booths.  My collection of personal photos is in the hundreds.  Each strip is a moment frozen in time.  But as a collection you can see the compression of time.  I am getting older.  I am changing.

But what about the booths themselves?  What about the area around the booths? The world is happening, changing all around it.  Seasons, light, advertisements, foliage, people coming and going, graffiti and garbage all different from one day to the next.  And yet, the booths function does not change.  Even if the booth itself, and the world around it,  goes through its own changes.
